Sr. Manager /AssociateDirector, Process Sciences-Drug Product

Duties and Responsibilities:
- SME for drug product manufacturing, process validation, & external managment
- Lead the Technology Transfers for external vendors(CROs/CMOs) & In-house manufacturing
- Will support the product development, formulation, and
- Serves as the experts for deployment as rapid response teams to serve all local manufacturing Operating Units
- Identify, design, execute, evaluate, and document studies characterizing drug product processes based on solid scientific and engineering principles
- Provide technical support to manage deviations, corrective actions, change controls, process monitoring, and process improvements
Qualifications:
- M.S or Ph.D. in Chemicl Enginerring, Industrial Pharmacy with 5 years of industry experience minimum
- Past experience overseeing outsourced vendors (CROs/CMOs/CTLs/CDMOs)
- Experience overlooking multiple drug candidates within the company's pipelines
- SME in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing
