Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute healthcare advertising strategies, ensuring they align with the unique needs of the rare neuro muscular disease state.
- Provide medical and scientific expertise in the development of creative campaigns, educational materials, and digital assets, maintaining scientific accuracy and relevance.
- Serve as a trusted resource for clients and internal teams by offering expert insights into the rare neuro muscular disease landscape, including emerging therapies and breakthroughs.
- Lead the review and approval process for healthcare advertising materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the highest quality deliverables.
- Stay current with the latest medical advancements and therapeutic trends related to rare neuro muscular diseases to inform advertising strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, and other stakeholders within the rare neuro muscular disease community.
Qualifications:
- Terminal degree (PhD, PharmD, MD).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare advertising, medical communications, or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Profound knowledge of the rare neuro muscular disease landscape, including current treatment options, emerging therapies, and patient needs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex medical information into clear, engaging content for various audiences.
