Position: Quality VP

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Quality Vice President to operate their new, state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Having undergone rapid expansion at the back end of last year, we are supporting their growth going into 2020 - with 100+ employees predicted to be acquired by the end of the year.
Major Responsibilities:
- Interact closely with the company's CEO
- Maintain and develop the company's high-quality procedures, specifications and standards. Ensuring the manufacturing/production processes meet national and international standards
- Responsible for implementation of new QMS
- Oversee Quality department - approximately 250 employees
- Preparation of annual product reviews
- Maintain Quality team KPI production
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in (Bio-) chemistry, pharmacy, biosciences or similar
- 10+ years quality experience within Senior quality position
- Fluent in English and German
- Extensive GMP background
