Title: New Product Planning Lead

The candidate that I am looking for has a rich pharma/biotech career with proven experience in market sizing, competitive intelligence, and market research landscape assessment. This candidate will be tasked with building out the commercial strategy function of the organization, leading go-to-market strategy, and eventually developing into a company leader.
The New Product Planning Lead will have the following responsibilities:
- Leading the overall commercial strategy and new product planning function of the organization.
- Seamlessly analyzing complex market insights data pertaining to market segmentation, competitive intelligence, and patient distribution.
- Generating insights through national secondary data sources and analytics including patient shares and CRM.
- Performing strategic competitive analysis of the oncology, CNS, and rare disease markets in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Assessing and identifying target areas of the market for future market research needs.
The New Product Planning Lead should have the following qualifications.
- 5 years of experience in Pharma/Biotech or Life Sciences consulting.
- Detailed experience in commercial strategy and new product planning.
- Hands-on experience in market research as well as competitive intelligence.
- Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree required.
