Head of Medical Visitors - Germany
A leader in the derma-cosmetics space have opened an exciting opportunity for a Head of Medical Visitors due to an exciting period of growth. This person would step in the role leading a team of 5, with planning to take on a further 5 people under them in the coming months.

Should you be successful in this application, you will be stepping into a vital role in one of the most influential and well-recognised companies within Derma-Cosmetics.
Responsibilities:
- Proposes and implements together with the subordinate team the daily visits of the customers, so that they can be visited according to the potential, needs and geographical areas
- Motivate and lead your team
- Champion the products from a medical perspective
- Recruit and further build of the team
- Responsible for the medical Expansion of the brand
- Create and execute the Medical Strategy with other country leaders
- Monitors weekly the goals of the team he / she is responsible for and proposes actions to achieve and overcome them.
Required Skills
- Passionate about Derma-Cosmetics
- Proven ability to communicate and network with medical leaders in Germany
- Ideally experienced with leading and motivating a team
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience in Derma-Cosmetics/Dermatology
