YOUR PROFILE

- Successful university degree in life science, preferably in the field of pharmacy
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the field of
- contract development
- Business development experience in an international context with in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market
- and pharmaceutical processes and technologies
- Experience in project management and customer relationship management
- Strong customer orientation
- Very good communication and leadership skills for sales and project management of
- contract development activities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mentality, assertiveness, problem-solving skills and
- creativity, analytical and structured way of thinking, team spirit, flexibility and intercultural competence
- Travelling
- Business fluent English and German
- Very good MS Office knowledge and preferably high affinity for digitization and technology

YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Identification, analysis and evaluation of potential customers and companies to generate
orders for new customer projects
- Expansion and up selling of existing projects
- Manage and control pricing and contracting issues by developing a thorough
understanding of business processes
- Representation of the company and presentation of core competencies to opinion leaders,
experts and industry associations
- Evaluating the needs and interests of potential customers and presenting solutions
- Monthly reporting according to company standards on results achieved
