Currently seeking a Formulation Scientist for a high-growth team in greater Princeton, NJ area! You will play an important role in leading formulation and manufacturing processes. You will report to the Director of Formulation.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading formulation and drug product process development for DP manufacturing
- Troubleshooting for process optimization, tech transfer, and manufacturing support for R&D groups
- Authoring and reviewing documentation (SOPs, batch records, reports, etc.) to support regulatory filing
- Collaborating with Analytical, Quality, and Operations to support formulation and process development activities
- Present to customers and clients, as well as internal managers, for business development/project management activities
- Mentoring junior scientists and engineers
You should have:
- Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in a related field with 1+ or 3+ years of industry experience in a GMP facility. A Bachelors degree will be considered with 10 or more years of experience
- Experience with the pharmaceutical development process from preformulation to process development and tech transfer
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
