We are working with a fast-growing world-leading medical devices company that is seeking a Complaints Employee.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of complaint reports, creation of routine systematic statistical evaluations and trend analysis
- Handling of returned goods and assistance during inspection
- Proactive improvement of complaints process
- Assistance for the entire complaint handling process
- Complaint process related CAPA and ECR handling
- Providing statistical input for different departments or customers upon request
- Tracking of complaints process relevant KPIs and complaint trend analysis and evaluations
- Audits
Requirements:
- BSc in Science or Engineering Degree
- Experience in regulated industry like Medical Device or Pharmaceutical in the area of Quality Management/ Quality Control/ Complaints
- Has written and spoken business fluency in English and proficiency in German
- Has excellent Microsoft Office user knowledge
