- Campaign roll out: Leading and rolling out various marketing campaign/initiatives in region by working closely with product marketing team.
- Channel develop/maintenance: Establish and maintain right promotional channel to expose our solutions and to deliver claims to its target customers when carrying out promotional activities.
- Corporate branding: Leading and executing branding campaign to promote corporate brand in region. Always aligning with global marketing team and campaign. Also includes maintenance of brand integrity in all regional promotional materials.
- Utilization of tools: Drive lead generation/nurturing and optimization effectively by applying market data tool, marketing automation tool and CRM platforms. Measure performance effectively by using analytics tools and platforms.
- Agency management: Coordinating with or managing external agency/vendor to create/maintain/deliver marketing collaterals such as printing material, digital assets and giveaways. Planning/execution of offline (Trade show, Company owned event etc.) and online initiatives (Virtual tradeshow, Webinar, Ad campaign etc.) are in-scope. Developing schedule, maintaining deadline and managing campaign budget are part of this responsibility.
- Customer communication: Work cross-functionally with commercial team to make and deliver customer communication material/documents.
- Solid experience of marketing communication in life sciences space
- More than 5 years of experience in marketing, and more than 10 years of business experience in life sciences business. Experience of people management is highly welcomed
- Ability to communicate with global team (Business level of English: email/Web meeting)
- Strong experience in Digital marketing field. MA tools, Analytics tools, Website maintenance, Social media, CRM familiarity, various type of digit advertisement
- Well experienced in external agency management to create marketing collaterals and holding promotional events ranging tradeshow to webinars
- Communication skills, plus experience of using the skills to participate in and influence cross-functional teams
- Can learn fast quickly and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
