Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall sales performance and business development of Australia/NZ region, drive lead-to-cash process and build strong customer relationship
- Build and develop sales team of Australia/NZ region
- Contribute and participate in marketing events and campaigns to improve brand and product awareness and adoption, and to drive sales revenue growth
- Coordinate with other department teams in support of the planning and execution of demand/lead generation programs
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years sales or business development experience in healthcare or SaaS software industry
- Bachelor's degree and above of computer science or life science related
- Familiar with healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, sales experience in pharmaceutical or SaaS software industry of MNC company is preferred
- Demonstrated consistent track record in exceeding sales targets
- Strong capability to conduct marketing analysis to identify opportunities, and drive to close deal
- Quick learning, result-driven, detail-oriented, good at facing challenges, suitable for dynamic and fast-paced working environment
