I am partnered with a global leader in diagnostics, who specialise in haematology, in their search for a proactive, sales driven individual to join their team in south Germany.
The company are at the forefront of coagulation diagnostics on a multinational scale and offer an extensive range of products including kits, chromogenic substrates, purified proteins and antibodies that have life changing results.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients within the assigned territory in order to reach targets and achieve sustained success
- Effectively identify and interpret customer's requirements, provide scientific and technical consultation to customers to maintain and support the full customer journey
- Proactively generate new leads and opportunities, and quickly respond to marketing delivered leads
- Collaborating with sales team to maximise profit by up-selling or cross-selling
Requirements:
- Successful commercial experience within the diagnostics market
- High level of understanding of haematology and haemostasis in the diagnostics industry
- Achieved a bachelor's degree or higher in molecular biology or science related field
- Fluent in German and English
