Product Development - Associate Director/ Director

Interested in joining a medium size biopharmaceutical company with high growth potential and the opportunity to lead a team of innovate scientists? This position will require strong leadership skills and the ablity to make sure their team maintains GMPs and CMPs regulations.
The ideal person will have strong background in injectable experience in biologics (although small molecules will be considered). Will be expected to help lead projects and make decision to get the team moving as efficient as possible. Must have the ablity to make sure their team is upholding company values, and capable of working with other departments inside the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of innovative scientists
- Uphold GMPs, and CMPs
- Working with Vaccines/ Injectables
- Effective reporting of and presentation of data
- Conducting rigorous experimental design, data analysis, and documentation
- Work with leadership to implement critical decisions
- Support Developmental training and mentoring of PD staff
Qualifications:
- D or Master in biological Sciences or related field,
- At least 10 years of industry experience
- Strong track record of publications and active in science community
- Shows a strong leaderships skill in past
- Has at least 5 years managerial experience
- Has a constructive and positive attitude
- Must excellent communication skills and presentations skills
