Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with business contacts in the medical field
- Conduct sales and product briefings to hospitals, clinics, and practices in a specified region
- Develop an annual plan for the assigned sales territory
- Create and execute sales promotions and activities within budget
- Advise and train surgeons and operating room staff on products
- Conduct regular customer visits
Profile:
- University degree preferred
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in ophthalmology (especially in the posterior segment of the eye), surgical experience desirable
- Results-oriented with excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Customer-focused with strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable with independent organisation and action
