Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships with small to medium sized accounts
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Develops customer loyalty through handling entire contract lifecycle
- Handles all day-to-day account management responsibilities including Ordering, Shipping, Allocations, and Customer requests
- Identifies service improvement through assessing customer operations
- Meet and exceed financial goals
Qualifications
- 4+ years sales experience - preferably in capital or diagnostic sales
- Proven track record of success in territory (Bay Area)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail
- Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $100,000-110,000.
