We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Director to lead and manage a portfolio of healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing and advertising campaigns for healthcare clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and strategy, to develop effective solutions for clients
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential new clients
- Stay current on industry trends, market research, and regulatory requirements, and proactively share insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams
- Oversee the budget and financial management of accounts, ensuring profitability and efficiency
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing and advertising, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically and understand the big picture, while also being able to execute on tactics
