The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our European commercial strategy. This is a high-impact, remote leadership role ideal for a seasoned sales executive with deep expertise in diagnostics and life sciences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy across European markets
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients

Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in sales within the diagnostics or broader life sciences sector
- Strong track record of delivering commercial success across multiple European markets
- Educational background in Life Sciences or a related field (BSc/MSc/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed
