About the Role:

EPM are partnered with an innovative leader in diagnostics and food safety in their search for a Sales Lead DACH. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strong relationships with key customers in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the DACH region.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and product team to align business strategies.
  • Drive new business development while optimising existing customer engagement.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting to ensure performance transparency.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the diagnostics or food safety industry.
  • Strong knowledge of DACH market dynamics, regulations, and customer needs.
  • Achieved a bachelor's degree in life science, food chemistry or related field
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, drive strategy, and make informed business decisions.
  • Fluency in German and English (French is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel across the DACH region as needed.
