The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our European commercial strategy. This is a high-impact, remote leadership role ideal for a seasoned sales executive with deep expertise in diagnostics and life sciences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy across European markets
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
  • Drive revenue growth and market share in diagnostics solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in sales within the diagnostics or broader life sciences sector
  • Strong track record of delivering commercial success across multiple European markets
  • Educational background in Life Sciences or a related field (BSc/MSc/PhD preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed
