Business Line Manager Ultrasound

A leading medical device company is looking for a Business Line Manager to come on board and help them to do what they do best - save patient's lives worldwide!

Responsibilities:

• You will manage the Ultrasound market presence in the defined countries including business planning, competitor and market share analysis to be the enabler for Healthcare providers.
• You will manage customer relationship and ensuring personal relations with customers, business partners and stakeholders
• You will manage and develop the business partners/ distributors/ agents for sales and services activities to enable maximum market penetration and coverage.
• Day-to-day operations, forecasting, project strategy, Education, and collection.
• Pro-active contribution into the market transparency of the countries: to understand a Healthcare system, customer structure, trends, and competitive environment.
• Active contribute to the Go-To-Market analysis and strategy implementation for the countries in your responsibility
• You will conduct business planning, forecast updates and reviewing plan achievements
• You will discuss with the Business Partner training and education needs, ensuring an up-to-date Business Partner sales & Service organization.

Your qualifications and experiences:

• You hold a successfully completed Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or Clinical background with relevant business experience.
• You have at least 5 years professional experience in MedTech environment.
• Ultrasound experience within the industry is preferred.
• Experience with Medical Equipment, diagnostics instruments, and Healthcare Customers.
• Business Know-How regarding contract management, financing topics and internal processes.
