Senior Manager, Global Product Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Innovation: Lead both upstream and downstream marketing efforts, managing new product development from concept through launch. Use deep product management experience and knowledge of molecular diagnostics to build a competitive, forward-looking portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial areas, acting as the voice of both the customer and the business. Drive alignment and execution of product strategy for next-generation platforms.
- Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify unmet needs and inform product development. Support global relevance and customer engagement, with flexibility for up to 50% travel.
- Business Case Development: Create strong business cases for new product opportunities, including market sizing, financial modeling, and risk analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to validate feasibility and strategic fit.
- Go-to-Market & Technical Collaboration: Lead NPI and GTM processes, align stakeholders on product requirements, and develop launch strategies. Work closely with software and technical teams to integrate digital features that enhance product value.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience, including 4.5+ years in product portfolio management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Proven success in cross-functional leadership and product launches
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles
- Expertise in upstream marketing, NPI, and GTM strategy
- Willingness to travel up to 50% based on business needs
