Job Title: Group Account Supervisor
Location: Hybrid - 1 day/week in NYC office

Currently partnered with a leading medical communications agency dedicated to delivering innovative, science-driven promotional medical education solutions. They are seeking a strategic and client-focused Group Account Supervisor (GAS) to lead and grow key accounts within their promotional medical education portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare communications, a passion for science, and a proven ability to manage high-performing teams and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic lead across multiple accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals and medical education best practices.
- Oversee the development and execution of promotional med ed deliverables, including speaker programs, advisory boards, digital content, and sales training materials.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead cross-functional internal teams (medical, creative, digital, and project management) to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget work.
- Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Mentor and manage junior account team members, fostering professional development and collaboration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a medical communications agency setting.
- Must be able to work on-site in the NYC office one day per week as part of a hybrid schedule.
- Proven track record of managing complex accounts and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
