Currently working with a healthcare advertising agency specializing in strategic communications that bridge the gap between pharmaceutical innovation and patient access. The team is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join their growing Market Access team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and executing strategic deliverables in the market access space. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver payer-focused materials that support product access, reimbursement, and value communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of market access projects.
- Lead the development and execution of payer value propositions, pricing models, reimbursement pathways, and access strategies.
- Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and medical teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of deliverables.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and project scopes with precision and accountability.
- Support new business development efforts, including proposal writing and pitch preparation.
- Stay current on healthcare policy, payer trends, and access challenges to inform strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare advertising agency or consulting firm, with a focus on market access or healthcare advertising.
- Proven experience with market access deliverables.
- Strong project management and client communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex clinical and economic data into compelling payer narratives.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, communications, or related field.
