Job Title: Strategic Account Specialist

Location: South Korea

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Strategic Account Specialist to join our client in Korea. The ideal candidate will have be responsible for growing, managing key accounts and customers related to DNA / gene synthesis and applications associated with the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share in both Bioscience and Biopharma sectors to manage key customers and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers within target organizations and establish strong professional relationships.
  • Research, prospect, and build connections with new clients to expand business opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals that address client requirements and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing discussions and negotiations, ensuring competitive and attractive offers.
  • Handle objections and resolve differences effectively, leading to positive outcomes.
  • Attend industry functions, association events, and conferences to gain insights into market trends and innovations.
  • Present to mid- and senior-level management on business trends and growth opportunities.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to boost sales.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or bioscience sales.
  • Good understanding of gene synthesis and Antibody drug discovery, along with solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biopharma industry.
  • Strong network within the biopharma and bioscience sectors, including key decision-makers and industry professionals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Biosciences, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to manage projects across different teams, identifying risks and solving problems.
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information.
  • English proficiency is a plus
