Position: Strategic Account Manager - Oncology

The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for driving awareness and utilization of oncology-related pharmaceutical products within an assigned geographic region. This role involves effectively communicating the value proposition of the portfolio to key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare space.

Territory:
This role will cover a defined region in the Northeast, including New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. Territory boundaries may be adjusted as needed.

Collaboration:
The position requires close coordination with internal departments such as Sales Support, Marketing, Human Resources, Training, and Operations. Externally, the manager will engage with healthcare professionals, third-party service providers, and leadership from partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic initiatives and sales tactics within the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement territory-specific business plans aligned with broader brand and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform planning and execution.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers to support product adoption.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for all assigned products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Provide education on appropriate product use within approved indications.
  • Maximize efficiency and impact across a large geographic area.
  • Leverage available tools and resources to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Continuously evaluate data and processes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Adhere to all company policies, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines.
  • Represent the organization's values through professional conduct and communication.
  • Travel regularly to healthcare facilities and attend internal meetings as required.
  • Fulfill all credentialing requirements for access to healthcare institutions.
