Location: Japan (remote-working)
Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Sales Manager to join our client in Japan. Their office is in Tokyo but this candidate will be allowed to work from home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management within the medical devices industry, preferably in medical imaging or MRI products.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Japan's medical imaging sector.Customer Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with radiologists, hospital administrators, and imaging center decision-makers.Market Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and OEMs.Product Advocacy
Present and demonstrate SwiftMR's capabilities, including clinical benefits and ROI, to prospective clients.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, clinical, and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is integrated into product development.Reporting & Forecasting
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to leadership.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in medical imaging or AI-based diagnostics.
- Business level fluency in English
- Strong understanding of Japan's healthcare system and hospital procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field (advanced degrees preferred).
