About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Account Executive to join our growing team at a leading healthcare advertising agency. This hybrid role is based near Philadelphia and offers the opportunity to work with top-tier pharmaceutical clients across both HCP and DTC campaigns. You'll serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives that drive results and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned pharmaceutical clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting both HCP and DTC audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, medical, and digital to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and project scopes with precision and accountability.
- Translate client needs into actionable briefs and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor industry trends and client competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Support new business development and organic growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a healthcare advertising agency or related pharmaceutical marketing environment.
- Proven experience working with both HCP and DTC audiences.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and MLR processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
