As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our sales territory in India. Your expertise in product knowledge, sales strategies, and relationship building will drive our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Achieve or exceed sales targets by managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct cold calls, follow up on inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Reporting: Present sales updates to senior management and complete monthly accomplishment reports.
- Networking: Attend industry conferences and internal meetings to stay updated on market trends and company developments.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare agendas, call reports, and manage travel and expense reports efficiently.
Education and Experience:
- Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Science required; Master's Degree is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with 5+ years in API sales required.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, proven sales track record, excellent time management, and superior communication skills.
