Job Title: Senior Sales Manager - India

Role Summary:

Join a leading company in the generic drug development and supply industry. Our client specializes in providing high-quality Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) to regulated markets worldwide. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our sales territory in India. Your expertise in product knowledge, sales strategies, and relationship building will drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Achieve or exceed sales targets by managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct cold calls, follow up on inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Reporting: Present sales updates to senior management and complete monthly accomplishment reports.
  • Networking: Attend industry conferences and internal meetings to stay updated on market trends and company developments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare agendas, call reports, and manage travel and expense reports efficiently.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Science required; Master's Degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 10+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with 5+ years in API sales required.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, proven sales track record, excellent time management, and superior communication skills.
