About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth across Europe. This is a pivotal role for an experienced professional with a strong background in small molecules, drug discovery, or active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving strategic partnerships that align with our mission to accelerate innovation in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust business development strategy across European markets.
  • Identify and engage with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CDMO clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal scientific and commercial teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the CDMO or CRO market.
  • Proven track record in small molecules, drug discovery, or API's
  • Strong network within the European pharma/biotech ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required across Europe.
  • Scientific background (BSc/MSc/PhD) is a strong advantage.
