Your Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
- Oversee and manage key accounts within the paper & packaging industry.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Your Profile
- Industry Experience: Prior experience working in the Paper & Packaging industry is highly desirable.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales within the specialty chemicals sector is desirable.
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both German and English is essential for this role.
- Educational Background: A chemistry degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Key Skills
- Chemical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of specialty chemicals related to tissue and packaging applications.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
- Relationship Management: Skilled at building trust-based partnerships with key stakeholders.
IMPORTANT: If you have industry knowledge and/or relevant chemical expertise (such as a degree in chemistry and/or Paper & Packaging industry chemical knowledge from work experience), Sales experience is not completely mandatory.
