We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead U.S. market expansion for a high-growth international startup entering the U.S. healthcare space. This is a unique opportunity to be the first U.S. commercial hire, playing a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market strategy and driving adoption of cutting-edge remote patient monitoring (RPM) solutions in respiratory care.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in RPM sales, understands the nuances of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, and has worked with startups, ideally in early-stage or market-entry phases. You must be equally comfortable strategizing at a high level and executing in the field-building relationships with providers, navigating reimbursement pathways, and identifying scalable growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive U.S. commercial growth for RPM solutions in respiratory and cardiac care.
  • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, systems, and partners.
  • Provide market insights to inform product and business strategy.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and customer engagements.

Candidate Background & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with a focus on RPM in respiratory or cardiac care.
  • Proven success in launching or scaling digital health solutions in the U.S. market.
  • Experience working with or within startups, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare provider networks, reimbursement models, and care delivery systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and build from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
