Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy across a broad surgical portfolio, driving brand differentiation, market penetration, and sustained revenue growth.
  • Oversee market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify trends, emerging needs, and new growth opportunities within the minimally invasive surgical space.
  • Direct multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, KOL engagement, conferences, and trade shows to support product launches and global commercialization efforts.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives meet regulatory standards, including FDA, ISO 13485, and EU MDR requirements, collaborating closely with Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Executive Leadership to align go‑to‑market strategy, build effective enablement tools, and support commercial execution.
  • Manage and mentor a high‑performing marketing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and strategic decision‑making across the organization.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and deliver clear performance dashboards to senior leadership to guide business planning and investment decisions.
  • Represent the organization at national and international conferences, strengthening the brand and building relationships with key external partners and clinical stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience within the medical device industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in driving product launches, portfolio expansion, and brand growth in regulated markets
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare economics, and the surgical technology landscape
  • Demonstrated expertise in regulatory‑compliant marketing, including FDA, ISO 13485, and MDR
  • Exceptional communication and executive‑level presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams across cross‑functional environments
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented, and mission‑driven culture focused on improving patient outcomes
