Location: Cambridge, MA - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing multinational biotechnology company to hire a Director, US Media Strategy. This leader will drive integrated media strategy across HCP and patient audiences, shaping omnichannel planning and maximizing brand impact through innovative, data‑driven execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated TV + digital media strategies for HCP and patient audiences.
- Serve as the organization's media expert, guiding brand teams and influencing omnichannel planning.
- Oversee media agencies across programmatic, social, search, SEO, and TV.
- Optimize channel mix and investment using audience insights and ROI modeling.
- Own media performance, KPIs, dashboards, and ongoing optimization efforts.
- Translate data and analytics into actionable insights for business decisions.
- Ensure all media activities comply with regulatory, legal, and privacy requirements.
- Build strong internal partnerships and manage key external media relationships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of healthcare media experience (agency or client side).
- Deep knowledge of HCP + DTC media, digital platforms, TV, social, and SEO.
- Strong fluency in media metrics and measurement vendors (IQVIA, Crossix).
- Exceptional communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.
- Proven ability to convert analytics into strategic action.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
