Product Manager

An established orthopedic solutions company is seeking a Product Manager to support a growing portfolio of products, services, and software. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, collaborates well across teams, and brings strong product leadership experience within healthcare.

About the Role

In this position, you will own the strategy, performance, and life cycle of assigned product categories. You'll gather insights from customers, internal teams, and key opinion leaders, then translate that feedback into clear recommendations that drive growth, customer satisfaction, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products and categories.
• Gather multi‑source feedback and market data to guide portfolio decisions.
• Evaluate new product concepts and support field trials throughout development.
• Develop product requirements, positioning, targeting, and pricing strategies.
• Drive portfolio strategy, market readiness, and life‑cycle management.
• Partner closely with R&D, sales, operations, regulatory, legal, and marketing.
• Support demand planning, forecasting, and category optimization.
• Lead or mentor Associate PMs or technical specialists (if applicable), including performance management and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; marketing or related field preferred.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years' product marketing experience in medical device, orthopedics, or related fields.
• Sales or orthopedic industry background is a plus.
• Relevant clinical or fitting certifications (e.g., ATC, Certified Orthotic Fitter) are preferred.
