As global demand accelerates, the organization is looking for a Senior Manager or Associate Director of Marketing who thrives in high-visibility roles and is motivated by long-term leadership potential. • Shape global brand narrative across multiple regions

  • Support major international industry events and thought leadership initiatives

  • Contribute to marketing strategy within a high-growth biologics services environment

  • Expand responsibilities alongside the company's global footprint

Core Responsibilities

The selected candidate will lead integrated marketing initiatives across North America and Europe, with responsibilities including:

  • Refining corporate positioning and messaging for investor decks, leadership presentations, digital channels, and client-facing materials

  • Creating polished, executive-level presentations and visual communications for scientific and commercial audiences

  • Planning and executing industry conference participation, including booth strategy, promotional campaigns, and cross-functional coordination

  • Managing digital marketing assets such as website content, multimedia materials, and social media communications

  • Organizing webinars, technical briefings, and virtual engagement campaigns

  • Driving targeted outbound campaigns and supporting pipeline development efforts

  • Collaborating with commercial teams to track, qualify, and nurture leads generated through events and campaigns

  • Conducting competitive research and monitoring market trends

  • Working closely with international colleagues to ensure alignment of messaging and brand standards across regions

Candidate Background

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience within the CDMO or broader biopharma services sector (biologics strongly preferred)

  • Experience supporting commercial activities in U.S. and European markets

  • Exceptional English writing and editing capabilities

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and a strong eye for visual storytelling

  • Comfort with digital tools including marketing automation platforms, social media management, design software, and basic video editing

  • Experience supporting global scientific conferences and industry exhibitions

  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones

  • A hands-on mindset with comfort managing both strategy and execution

  • Strong adaptability in fast-scaling environments

  • U.S. work authorization
