Clinical Marketing specialist

The Clinical Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with clinical needs. This role combines scientific knowledge with marketing acumen to drive product adoption, support healthcare professionals, and contribute to evidence-based positioning in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop clinically relevant marketing materials and campaigns
  • Translate complex clinical data into compelling value propositions for healthcare professionals
  • Support product launches with clinical education, training, and in-field support
  • Conduct market research and gather insights from key opinion leaders, clinicians, and end-users
  • Develop and deliver clinical presentations, workshops, and webinars
  • Assist in the creation of white papers, case studies, and clinical evidence summaries
  • Monitor competitor activity and emerging clinical trends to inform strategy
  • Partner with regulatory and medical affairs to ensure compliance and accuracy of all materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's or clinical background preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical marketing, medical education, or product management within the med-tech or healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of hospital environments, surgical workflows, or infusion therapy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to translate clinical data into actionable marketing content
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for events, training, and customer engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/marketing platforms
