Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 CAD

About: Currently partnered with a dynamic and rapidly growing medical communications agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, impactful communications solutions for our clients. Their team is passionate about science, healthcare, and making a difference through effective communication. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the US market, a proven track record of managing clients, and expertise in various medical communications activities, including advisory boards, publications, presentation decks, symposiums, and congresses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Drive execution of medical communications projects, including advisory boards, publications, presentation decks, symposiums, and congresses.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
• Oversee project management activities, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the medical communications industry, with significant experience in the US market.
• Demonstrated experience working across advisory boards, publications, presentation decks, symposiums, and congresses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
