A global leader in electro-analytical instrumentation is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing internal sales team. The company designs and manufactures a wide range of cost-effective analytical solutions used across laboratory, industrial, environmental, water, and food testing applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop an inside sales team of 4-6 representatives
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategy execution and pipeline management
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance, engagement, and product knowledge
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure accountability across the team
  • Identify new business opportunities and support broader business development initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to maximise market penetration

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership or inside sales management role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales teams
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving growth
  • Track record of delivering against sales targets and improving team performance
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
