Logistics Project Manager - Central Warehouse & Supply Chain Optimisation

📍 Location:Saxony | 🕒6 Month contract with possibility to extend | 🏢 On-Site with Hybrid Flexibility

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Project Manager to spearhead the implementation of our new Central Warehouse in Wittichenau and drive key initiatives across logistics optimisation and service provider selection.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

1. Central Warehouse Implementation

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our new central warehouse to streamline inventory management and boost supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (IT, 3PLs, landlords) to ensure successful delivery of the project and adherence to the action plan.

2. RFQ Process for Logistics Service Provider

• Manage the full RFQ lifecycle-from preparation and execution to evaluation's select a logistics partner aligned with our strategic goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational and commercial alignment.

3. Logistics Area & Process Optimisation

• Analyse and optimise internal logistics spaces and work flows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support future growth.
• Implement right-sizing strategies to ensure scalable and sustainable logistics operations.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 5+ year's experience in Logistics
• Proven experience in logistics project management, warehouse implementation, or supply chain optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge and align diverse teams.
• Experience with RFQ processes and logistics service provider selection is a plus.
• Analogical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
