Logistics Project Manager - Central Warehouse & Supply Chain Optimisation

📍 Location:Saxony | 🕒6 Month contract with possibility to extend | 🏢 On-Site with Hybrid Flexibility

Are you ready to lead transformative logistics projects that shape the future of supply chain operations? We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Project Manager to spearhead the implementation of our new Central Warehouse in Wittichenau and drive key initiatives across logistics optimisation and service provider selection.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

1. Central Warehouse Implementation

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our new central warehouse to streamline inventory management and boost supply chain efficiency.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (IT, 3PLs, landlords) to ensure successful delivery of the project and adherence to the action plan.

2. RFQ Process for Logistics Service Provider

Manage the full RFQ lifecycle-from preparation and execution to evaluation's select a logistics partner aligned with our strategic goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational and commercial alignment.

3. Logistics Area & Process Optimisation

Analyse and optimise internal logistics spaces and work flows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support future growth.
Implement right-sizing strategies to ensure scalable and sustainable logistics operations.

✅ What We're Looking For

5+ year's experience in Logistics
Proven experience in logistics project management, warehouse implementation, or supply chain optimisation.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge and align diverse teams.
Experience with RFQ processes and logistics service provider selection is a plus.
Analogical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
