  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business, or healthcare operations (Master's preferred).
  • Proven ability to integrate AI-powered solutions into daily workflows.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Call center experince must be over 10+ years
