- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business, or healthcare operations (Master's preferred).
- Proven ability to integrate AI-powered solutions into daily workflows.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Call center experince must be over 10+ years
