VP Operations

Our client is medtech company that develops AI-based health monitoring technology. They are currently looking for a VP Operations that will be oversee the operations team across APAC.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across APAC and US, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company goals.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware operations, including supply chain logistics, inventory control, tooling maintenance, warranty and repair services, demand forecasting, and integration of customer feedback into product improvements.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, ensure system security and updates, and manage internal IT tools and processes.
• Supervise hardware and software teams, and work closely with product, QA/RA, and external partners.
• Oversee customer support, manage helpdesk operations, and ensure compliance with quality and security standards.
• Conduct product demonstrations, support internal tool development, and manage clinical trial operations and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Life Science, Nursing, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare operations and regulatory compliance
• Has a solid background in medical device manufacturing and supply chain processes, which is essential for the role.
• Well-versed in managing cloud infrastructure and IT service operations, with a proven ability to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Experienced in leading operational teams in medical device environments-whether in manufacturing, customer support, DevOps, or clinical trial settings.
• Possesses strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and effective management skills.
