The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned VP or Director of Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy for groundbreaking MedTech products. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product adoption and brand awareness.
- Lead product launches from concept through commercialization, working closely with R&D, sales, and clinical teams.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team as the company scales.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
- Drive demand generation, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Represent the marketing function in executive leadership discussions and investor meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience in MedTech, ideally with a focus on neurology, psychology, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in bringing MedTech products to market, from early-stage development through commercialization.
- Experience in startups or growth-stage companies is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
- Deep understanding of regulatory environments, clinical marketing, and healthcare provider engagement.
