Vice President, Sales & Marketing
We have a current opportunity for a Vice President, Sales & Marketing on a permanent basis. Candidates must be located on the West Coast or open to relocation to be considered for this position!
Sales Execution & Leadership

Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Brand Strategy & Growth: Directed high-impact marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement across diverse channels.
- Product Launch & Positioning: Led end-to-end planning for new product introductions, including messaging, pricing, segmentation, and promotional execution.
- Insight-Driven Execution: Translated market research and competitive intelligence into differentiated positioning, campaign development, and ROI-optimized investments.
- Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Built and managed a dynamic marketing team while fostering strong relationships with thought leaders, partners, and key stakeholders.
Education and Experience Qualifications
- BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior commercial role with full P&L responsibility and national field force oversight.
- 10+ years of demonstrated success in marketing leadership, including product launches, omnichannel campaigns, and portfolio strategy.
- Deep expertise in U.S. healthcare and market access environments, particularly in specialty or chronic care markets.
- Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing commercial teams that deliver results.
- Exceptional strategic thinker with strong business acumen and an execution-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated success in creating integrated go-to-market plans and translating strategy into field-level action.
