Join a well-established, large biotech company focused on expanding its neurology and rare disease pipelines as their Sr. Director of Marketing Operations. They are looking for an operational leader to oversee and drive the content approval & promotional review process. This role will interface with marketing and partner with Medical, Legal and Regulatory to ensure strategic alignment and timely approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and optimization of operational workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and regulatory adherence across all marketing functions.
- Manage the end-to-end Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process, ensuring timely evaluations and consistently high standards for promotional content.
- Function as the strategic liaison between brand teams and MLR partners, streamlining communication and accelerating the content approval life-cycle.
- Lead the execution and governance of Speaker Program Operations, maintaining full compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.
- Strategically manage Marketing Operations resources, including workforce planning and budget allocation, to align with evolving commercial priorities.
- Oversee agency engagement processes - from selection and on-boarding to performance evaluation
Qualifications
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience managing promotional content reviews and MLR processes.
- Proven ability to manage agency partnerships
- Experience overseeing and managing the budget of speaker programs, meetings, and congresses.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
- Cross-functional leadership experience, driving operational excellence through strategic alignment and process improvement.
