A leading medical device company is seeking a visionary Director of Digital Marketing to spearhead digital strategy and execution across healthcare professional (HCP) and patient audiences. This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader ready to drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Omnichannel Campaigns: Manage campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, paid media, social, and more.
- Website & UX: Own the corporate website strategy, content, and performance optimization.
- Analytics & ROI: Define KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns using tools like Excel and SFDC.
- Lead Generation: Build and refine patient and HCP funnels to maximize conversion and engagement.
- Brand Storytelling: Elevate the brand through compelling digital content and thought leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Education teams.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in digital and brand marketing, ideally in the medical device space
- ProveAbility to work onsite in Mountain View, CA twice a week
