Senior Vice President, Research & Insights

Location: Hybrid; Montvale, NJ

Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Senior Vice President of Research & Insights to lead strategic analytics and insights initiatives across digital and traditional media channels. This role is pivotal in shaping client strategy through the integration of research, data storytelling, and market intelligence. The ideal candidate will bring over 12 years of experience in analytics, insights, and market strategy, with a strong ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of research and insights strategies across point-of-care media platforms, including digital, print, and in-office solutions.
  • Partner closely with the CIO to align insights initiatives with innovation and growth objectives.
  • Oversee a team of analysts and strategists to deliver high-impact client-facing insights and performance reporting.
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable storytelling that informs client strategy, campaign optimization, and product development.
  • Design and implement measurement frameworks for media effectiveness, audience engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative to ensure insights are embedded throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and healthcare data regulations to inform strategic direction.
  • Represent the agency in client meetings, industry events, and thought leadership forums.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in analytics, market research, or strategic insights, preferably within healthcare, media, or agency environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale insights functions in a fast-paced, client-centric organization.
  • Deep knowledge of data platforms, research methodologies, and media measurement tools.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with point-of-care media and healthcare marketing is a plus.
