Role Overview
A small pharmaceutical company is seeking a dedicated Urology/Oncology Account Manager in Ohio & Pennsylvania. This role is pivotal in driving sales and establishing strong relationships with key thought leaders and prescribers within the territory to meet the needs of patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals.
- Meet and strive to exceed all quarterly and annual sales objectives by developing territory-specific sales strategies and plans.
- Achieve territory sales goals/targets on a quarterly and/or annual basis.
- Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to remove barriers to access.
- Leverage selling skills to increase overall sales within the defined geography.
- Manage large territories with up to 1-2 overnights per week as needed.
Experience and Skills
- 3-5 years of sales experience in Urology or Oncology.
- Experience with buy & bill or long sales cycles is required.
- Proven success and established relationships within Urology and/or Oncology.
- Strong connections within LUGPA's, Community Oncology, and IDN's in the territory.
- Ability to manage large territories effectively.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $170,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location)
- Strong compensation package with incentives.
