The Company Overview:
A global leader in the Diagnostics market is currently in the search for a talented sales expert with a strong background in molecular biology sales. Your role will make a significant difference in the quality control process for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. The organisation are going through a significant expansion phase and with this, the growth of their commercial team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintaining and developing the relationship with Key accounts across Southern Germany.
- Responsible for the sales of territory, managing the forecasts and budgets.
- Strategize and implement the sales for the region effectively to grow and develop the market.
- Meet and exceed the sales targets generating profit.
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process and qualify customers and facilitate post-sales services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
Key requirements include:
- Strong experience in sales with capital equipment across the Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device and Biologics Markets.
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience working in the quality control market.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Strong understanding and implementation of strategic sales.
- Target driven individual and flexible to travel.
