Account Executive (Field Sales) - Digital Health

Location: Northern Germany (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

An established and growing organisation within the healthcare technology space is seeking an Account Executive to support regional expansion. This role is suited to a proactive and commercially minded sales professional who thrives in a field-based environment and enjoys working with clients across the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and closing
  • Drive new business acquisition within a defined territory
  • Build and develop relationships with healthcare providers, including independent practices
  • Take a consultative approach to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and retention

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role (B2B preferred)
  • Strong track record in new client acquisition
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in German (C1 level or higher)
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the region

Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to the healthcare sector or other regulated industries
  • Experience in a field-based or territory sales role
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
